DAWN has greatly improved the efficiency of our prescription management proceses however so has saved us many hours of time in other aspects of our work - calling patients, chasing bloods etc… not to mention we have a much safer and robust way of managing our patient blood test results.
I think professional is the best word to use to describe every member of the team that was involved in our implementation. I thought the implementation team were very accommodating especially with the difficulty we caused in requiring a tight deadline, however the implementation team made it happen and we were even able to get the system live 2 days earlier. There has also been a lot of positive comments from those involved in the go-live that it was the smoothest go-live they'd ever experienced.
