Ensure that You Use the Live System Not the Practice SystemSometimes Users, especially new users, will start using the Practice system by mistake. Please email our support desk (support@4s-dawn.com) to find out how you can change the background of the screens to clearly show that you are in the Practice system. Safety Reminder to ‘Yellow’ Book Printer UsersIf you change your computer or have it reconfigured in any way, say with other new software/hardware, please remember to ensure that the printer driver is configured to print directly to the printer instead of spooling print jobs for safe operation of the book printer. This prevents the wrong instruction from previous patients being printed if the operator does not work rigorously with the barcode reader checks.
