Typical projects have a minimum initial project cost of £10000 ($20000) and involve a detailed project plan taking several months in order to achieve a successful start-up. The cost of the software licence is scaled on the number of active patients, specialist modules and the number of concurrent users. 

We recommend that smaller centres join a large centre using our latest web browser based solution where they can either have their patients managed and view the results or manage them directly as a user on the system. One benefit of this approach is that it enables shared care where the large centre can provide anticoagulation expertise on setting up a service and help manage difficult patients.
